Day 2 Moremi Game Reserve

Wake up early in the morning, have your breakfast before going for a mokoro dugout canoe activity while still mornings. Meet the poler guide as he /she takes you through the waterways. A mokoro is a slim craft that is ideal for travelling through the reedy and winding waterways. The design of the craft allows it to part the lily pads and reeds as it glides across the water. While the passengers slip into a daydream-like state, entranced by the rocking sensation and the magic of the Okavango, the guide/poler stands at the rear of the craft, propelling the mokoro with a long wooden pole through the water. Indeed, you will discover tranquility on a mokoro safari, but that's not all. You'll find out that the silence of this wilderness area actually hums with many sounds, from the chorus of insects and frogs to bird calls and the breeze rustling through the reeds. Somehow, every one of your senses becomes wonderfully alive. The tiniest creatures can be seen in colorful clarity and you can get really close to animals drinking at the water's edge. Papyrus swamps.

Packed lunch will be carried with you because after mokoro we do afternoon game drives. Our main focus is to see big game, more actions at this destination. We will have Bush lunch as we continue with our drives till sunset. We expect to see lions, leopard, buffalos, Zebras more birds species, Rhinos, Hippos and more general game not forgetting the wild dogs. Later return to the camp, siesta, shower, dinner before you share your daily experience with your professional safari guide around the fire. Have a good night sleep under canvas.

Day 3 Moremi Game Reserve

Morning game drives after breakfast before going on a boat cruise activity late afternoon. Late afternoon cruises can be particularly enjoyable, as you watch the sun set beautifully over the waters with a drink in hand before making your way back to camp for aperitifs and dinner.

Wildlife encounters will always involve hippo, and you will almost certainly see crocodiles basking in the sun, water based antelope running through the shallower waters, and elephant and buffalo arriving to drink and graze. The varied, colorful birdlife on the water is extremely impressive, and it is not unheard of to see predators on the riverbank from a boat, although these are generally scared off by the engine noise
